i want to play this omg
oh my god what game is this
is this real because i hope it is
Really? Has no one heard about this or? The is Silent Hill Shattered Memories. It was made for the Nintendo Wii. I actually liked it, but a lot of people didn’t Instead of rust, they used ice. I thought it was quite refreshing.
This is the only game that has made me quit because I was too damn scared. This game follows EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING you do in this game and it’s so fucking disturbing.
Worst of all, you have no weapons in this game. You can’t fight off the monsters, all you can do is run.
I played this all in one sitting and I wasn’t really that scared? The segments where you’re being chased by raw shocks kept me on the edge of my seat, especially in the woods level when I accidentally went back to the start twice because I couldn’t find the time to check my GPS and got desperately lost. Those parts are a lot to handle but it gets bearable the more you have to do it. (it’s still a lot to handle no matter what though) But, I never noticed the game “changing” to freak me out or whatever? I thought the part toward the end at the pawn shop was but I think it was actually the same for everybody so I don’t know;;;; Great game though, excellent story, A+
I pay attention to the little things in games, it’s just what I do. If a game interests me based on the smallest detail, I’m hooked. And, maybe I’m a baby when it comes to scary games and that’s why I got scared.
Then again, I was playing it at night, in the dark, and my parents were hiding behind my door whispering, “They’re going to get you… don’t die, Hannah… WATCH OUT, IT’S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!”
Fucking Shattered Memories…. It was my first entry into Silent Hill, being only used to Resident Evils (1, 2, 3 and 4). I spent the hours completely afraid, though not shocked, until near the end, when I realized the monsters only appeared when everything was “frozen”. Then, I was able to make an epic rush directly to the end.
And that’s when the game really became scary. All the psychological parts, and this screen added to the effect of making the already accurate words on the credit screen personal. And that’s what was really horrorifying beyond words, beyond what any other game has done to me.
I haven’t had the guts to find out just how much detail goes into that. Nor have I made another playthrough acting differently. The fear of finding out the game is completely accurate is too much.
